FAQ

Straight answers for serious buyers.

Answers to the questions institutional buyers, investors and government procurement teams ask us most often.

How do international buyers work with Minova Minerals?

Buyers submit an LOI and complete KYC. We match the requirement with a suitable verified supplier, coordinate the Full Corporate Offer and support the parties through agreement, independent assay, settlement and documented delivery.

Do you represent more than one gold supplier?

Yes. Minova Minerals is an independent sales mandate representing multiple verified suppliers, allowing us to match qualified buyers with suitable volume, purity, origin and commercial terms.

What purity standards are available?

Available specifications vary by represented supplier. Dore and refined bullion offers are supported by independent assay documentation under the agreed transaction terms.

What payment methods are available?

Settlement structures are agreed directly between the buyer and represented supplier and may include bank wire, escrow or approved trade-finance instruments.

How is verification handled?

We coordinate supplier due diligence and independent third-party assay. Buyer representatives may attend inspection when permitted by the agreed transaction procedure.

What are typical delivery timelines?

Following payment and clearance, secure air freight to major hubs typically completes within 3–7 business days.

What documentation is provided?

The represented supplier provides the applicable certificate of origin, export documentation, assay report, packing list, airway bill and insurance records.

Do you handle logistics and insurance?

We coordinate with the supplier and recognized logistics partners to arrange secure freight and appropriate transit insurance under the agreed terms.

What investment opportunities do you offer?

Mining concession stakes, infrastructure financing, physical gold allocation and strategic joint ventures — available to qualified investors.

How do you assess responsible sourcing?

We screen represented suppliers and request origin and chain-of-custody documentation under an OECD-aligned due-diligence approach. Buyers should also complete their own independent checks.
